The Following is a List of our Minimum Hiring Requirements.
You Must be at least 22 Years Old on Date of Hire & already posses a Valid Class A CDL License (no endorsements required).
EXPERIENCE
Qualified drivers can have at least 6 weeks in the past 12 months OR 1 year within the past 5 years. Experience will be verified. Experienced will be with a Class A license pulling some type of trailer that is a minimum of 40'.
CRIMINAL BACKGROUND
• No DUI/DWI within the past 5 years.
• No more than 2 DUI/DWI lifetime.
• No felony charges in the past 5 years.
• No violent felonies ever.
• No drug felonies ever.
• No more than 1 felony conviction lifetime.
• No felony jail time or felony probation within the past 5 years.
• Misdemeanors within the past 3 years are considered on a case-by-case basis.
• Can not be on probation.
• No "open container" charge in the past 3 years.
• No "public intoxication" in the past 3 years.
DRIVING RECORD
• No more than 3 moving violations in the past 36 months. (Parking or overweight violations are NOT moving violations)
• No careless driving charges in the past 36 months.
• No reckless driving charges in the past 36 months.
• No Major PREVENTABLE accidents in the past 36 Months. ( major is over $10,000.00 in damage)
• No more than 3 preventable accidents in the past 12 months.
• No More that 1 Excessive Speeding (15mph or more) in the past 3 Years.
• No Conviction for Leaving the scene of an accident in the past 3 years.
• No conviction for exhibition of speed or "drag racing" in the past 3 years.
• No current License Suspension
• No license suspension over 1 year in the past 3 years for a non-moving violation.
• No license suspension over 30 days in the past 3 years for a moving violation.
• No Pending Accidents (can be approved by Manager).
• No Failure or Refusal to take a Drug or Alcohol Test in the past 5 Years.
• No DUI in a commercial vehicle.
• No conviction of reckless homicide or involuntary manslaughter.
• No conviction of "Hit and Run" in a commercial vehicle ever.
• No conviction for use of a motor vehicle in the commission of a felony ever.
• No conviction of assault with a motor vehicle ever.
• No conviction of fleeing or eluding a police officer in a commercial vehicle ever.
• All rear end accidents must be reviewed by a manager.
• Drivers must pass a DOT physical & a drug test
